Fruity Green Protein Shake


Blend the following well for 3-5 minutes:

  • 1 handful of loose spinach leaves and stems (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup water

Other flavour options:

Use different berries
Omit the protein powder or use different flavours
Omit the oats and use banana and grapes to thicken
