We Bring the heat

At YogaBox we use Far Infrared (FIR) due to its enhanced therapeutic benefits.
FIR heat is healthy, natural, and safe for all living things. FIR rays are invisible to the
naked eye, and are capable of penetrating deeply (approx. 4cm) into the body
for the following benefits :

  • Activation of major bodily functions without damage to the skin
  • Warming of muscles creating extra flexibility and a deeper stretch
  • No unpleasant side effects such as dry noses, throats and mouths
  • Reduction in the appearance of crow’s feet, fine lines and wrinkles,
    healing cuts and scars, and smoothing the texture of the skin.
