The Classes

We’ve carefully created our class timetable to combine the perfect variety and volume of classes to help you retreat from the daily grind.

Every class can be taken by a beginner, intermediate or advanced level member; our experienced teachers will guide you through what is best for you and help you achieve your own unique goals.

Our programs are both ego-free and affordable. We are pleased to offer you access to over forty classes every week at Yogabox. Our classes are either renowned world-wide, or offered exclusively. One thing is for sure, you won’t find this variety and volume elsewhere!


Power Yoga

The modern practice of yoga asana (poses) enables you to breathe deeply, eliminate negative thinking and engage with your body consciously.

Hot Power Yoga

HOT Power Yoga

We’ve enhanced the modern practice of yoga asana (poses) with FAR infrared & Radiant heat panels to intensify your class and detoxify the body.

Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa

A powerful and playful class centred on maintaining the union between breath and asana (pose), similar to synchronising and perfect for beginners.

Hot Power Vinyasa

HOT Power Vinyasa

A class centred on maintaining breath and asana at once, enhanced by FAR infrared & Radiant heat to detoxify the body through sweat.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga

This gentle, restorative class targets fascia and connective tissue stretching to strengthen joint stability. Asanas (poses) are held for longer in this class.

Yin Yang

Yin Yang

The class starts with a dynamic stretching to improve mobility, before amplifying into a 15 minute HIIT workout. The class then ends with more stretching for increased flexibility and relaxation.

Pilates

Pilates Fitness

Pilates is a conditioning routine with an emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, helping to build flexibility, muscular strength and muscular endurance.

Flex

Flex Exercise

A class dedicated to improving flexibility and range of movement utilising a number of stretch techniques. This class focuses on improving joint stability, mobility and general wellbeing.

Barre Attack

Barre Attack

A dynamic fusion of pilates, ballet and fitness; a total body workout using the classic ballet bar that focuses in on traditional problem areas.

Hip Hop Drop

Hip Hop Drop Dance Workout

A hip hop inspired dance class covering street styles such as popping, locking, gliding, krumping, street jazz, traces of breakin’ and lyrical hip hop.

Karma Class

Karma Class

A specified Karma Class is a class that you can attend for a gold coin donation. All collections are donated to a local charity and there are no additional fees.
